I am a managing broker with Keller Williams and the principle of Toth Group LLC. I have been in business for 18 years and have enjoyed an active life in real estate for 16 of those years. The last 8 years have been representing clients as a broker in all types of transactions, both selling and buying.
My 17 years of business experience has taught me how to handle all types of situations. Learning that there is no single encounter exactly like another, that every negotiation is different and requires attention on each level to achieve the best possible outcome. My business experience has been refined over 18 years; with each struggle and success I always came away with a piece of knowledge that I now use to the benefit of my clients.
Along with my history and experience in business, my style is another aspect that my clients respect. I do not sit in a real estate office all day. Instead, I find my “office” is often a coffee house, café, grocery store, street corner or an elevator. Anywhere or anytime, I am always ready to speak with anyone for whatever reason they need. I find this to be a key element in meeting people and searching for opportunity, as it is these opportunities that create business that benefits my clients. I leave no stone unturned….no opportunity wasted……and no door not ventured through.
I am extremely passionate about my career and clients. These are lifelong connections I make and I do not take them lightly. I respect their trust and honor they give me to assist them in their real estate goals.
I am an active member of the community and belong to Thurston county realtors, Tacoma-Pierce county realtors, Rotary and a member of South Bay fire dept. where I volunteer as a firefighter.
